Group Size:
We maintain a limited group size to ensure adaptability in our itinerary for spontaneous and exciting moments that may arise. This approach allows us to engage with each participant thoroughly, providing detailed and supportive lessons tailored to your needs.
Do you provide transportation during the tour?
We provide transportation to travel around the park in a group.
What time of day or night do we shoot?
Expect early sunrises and sunsets. The early morning and late afternoon provide the best conditions for photography, with fewer crowds. But we shoot straight through the day and into the night. There are shuttle buses around the park, so you can rest or break and meet up with the group at a later point if you want flexibility. Most people on our tour were in one of the most incredible places in the world, and they may never get back. They want to take full advantage of every second and get every possible shot. Some prefer to rest more. This tour is flexible.
What will I learn?
With our small group size, everyone receives individualized instruction tailored to their specific needs. This tour sets itself apart by offering exclusive insights from Pamela Goodyer on how to create dynamic and potentially award-winning photographs. This experience goes beyond simply driving around in a van, taking quick shots, and moving on. Our focus is on ensuring you get the most impressive images possible.
Whether you need to learn the basics of your camera or wish to explore advanced techniques, we will meet you at your current skill level and help you advance from there.
Is there and Photographer gear I must have for this tour?
Absolutely. You must have a good sturdy tripod. You must have a neutral density filter with a stop. You must have a flashlight. You must have A red flashlight for Milky Way photography. A circular polarizing filter is good, but not necessary. We will be doing a lot of moving water, Milky long exposure effects. If you don’t know how to do this, just get the gear and show up. We’ve got you from there.
Be doing Milky Way photography?
Definitely, but the sky has to be clear. Since we don’t know what the weather is going to be, it cannot be guaranteed.
Are we going on a boat tour?
Yes. We pick the best boat tour available to our group to get the most creative, dynamic shots.
Are food and drink included?
No, each person is to buy their own food. Will keep a cooler in the van filled with water bottles.
